As an introvert, going out amongst the people can be a bit hard but this podcast will always make me leave my home no matter what they call it. It is a beautiful atmosphere with blooming friendships and genuine loving and caring podcasters. This is not just a podcast, it is a family.

New Meds …. Who Dis?
New meds can make you feel better but they are not a cure all. Medication, therapy, and other forms of therapy are still needed. Sometimes your emotions can overtake the meds and all the therapy you have gotten.
