New meds can make you feel better but they are not a cure all. Medication, therapy, and other forms of therapy are still needed. Sometimes your emotions can overtake the meds and all the therapy you have gotten.
We have to erase the stigma of mental illness and become transparent, not just for ourselves, but for those we love that might be struggling as well.
